Five in Five is a word puzzle app for iPhone and iPad. This policy explains what information the app uses and how it is handled.
Information Stored on Your Device
Five in Five stores gameplay information locally on your device so the app can work properly. This may include:
- Game settings, such as sound preferences.
- Puzzle progress and completed puzzle results.
- Words guessed, elapsed time, scores, and local statistics.
- Your optional player name for challenge sharing.
- Local challenge allowance and Solo Mode unlock status.
This information is stored on your device and is not sent to Five in Five servers.
Purchases
Five in Five uses Apple StoreKit for the Solo Mode in-app purchase. Purchases are processed by Apple. Five in Five does not receive or store your payment card details.
Clipboard and Sharing
When you choose to copy results or challenge information, the app places the formatted text on your device clipboard so you can paste it into another app. The app does not read your clipboard for tracking or advertising.
Analytics and Tracking
Five in Five does not use third-party advertising, does not track you across other apps or websites, and does not sell personal data.
Internet Access
The core puzzle game is designed to work offline. StoreKit may require internet access for purchases, purchase restoration, and entitlement checks handled by Apple.
Children's Privacy
Five in Five does not knowingly collect personal information from children. The app does not require an account.
Data Deletion
Because gameplay data is stored locally, deleting the app from your device will remove the app's local data from that device. Purchase history is managed by Apple and can be restored using the Restore Purchases option.
Changes to This Policy
This privacy policy may be updated from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
